| Youlia Tkatchouk - Having trained in the fine arts at the Ukrainian State Academy of Arts, getting a bachelors degree in fine arts and masters degree in monumental arts, I went on to independent studies at the famed Mosaic Art School in Ravenna Italy. I am available for private installations but as a public artist my first true purpose is that my work be displayed in public settings for everyone to enjoy. Often this is accomplished through percent for art programs in public buildings. |
